Personal Data and Cookie Policy

1. General Provisions

1. 1.1. This Policy sets out how personal data of users of the website https://clipmaker.org (the “Service”) is processed.
2. 1.2. The personal data operator is Alexey Nikolaevich Kornilov, who applies the special tax regime “Professional Income Tax” (self-employed), taxpayer ID (INN) 132301545821 (the “Operator”).
3. 1.3. This Policy has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.
4. 1.4. By using the Service, the User confirms their consent to this Policy.

2. Definitions

1. 2.1. Personal data means any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified individual.
2. 2.2. Processing means any operation with personal data: collection, recording, storage, use, transfer, deletion.
3. 2.3. User means a person using the Service.
4. 2.4. Source video means a video file or a link to a video provided by the User for processing.

3. Purposes of Processing

1. 3.1. Registering and identifying the User and providing access to the dashboard.
2. 3.2. Performing the User's video processing jobs and delivering the results.
3. 3.3. Keeping track of the balance, accepting payments and issuing receipts.
4. 3.4. Communicating with the User about the Service, including answering support requests.
5. 3.5. Keeping the Service operational and secure, and preventing abuse.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

1. 4.1. The User's consent, expressed by using the Service and accepting this Policy.
2. 4.2. Performance of a contract to which the User is a party (the Licence Agreement (Public Offer), the Terms of Service).
3. 4.3. Fulfilment of obligations imposed on the Operator by Russian law (including tax law).

5. Data We Process

1. 5.1. The Operator processes the following User data:
   • e-mail address and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash);
   • Telegram profile data provided when signing in with Telegram: ID, username, name, profile photo;
   • payment and balance information: amount, status, payment ID (bank card details are not transferred to or processed by the Operator — they are processed by the payment service);
   • job data: links to source videos, processing settings, technical information about job progress;
   • technical data: IP address, cookie data, browser and device information, date and time of requests to the Service.
2. 5.2. Video files. Source videos and processing results are stored on the Operator's server solely to perform the job and deliver the result to the User. The Operator does not use them for any other purpose, does not publish them and does not transfer them to third parties except as required by law. If a video contains images of people, the User is responsible for the lawfulness of processing it in accordance with the Terms of Service.
3. 5.3. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data (racial origin, political views, health, etc.) and does not process biometric personal data: videos are processed as files, without identifying the people shown in them.

6. Processing Terms and Transfer to Third Parties

1. 6.1. The Operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties except in the cases listed below.
2. 6.2. Data may be transferred to: payment services — to accept payments; providers of computing and communication services — to the extent necessary for the Service to work; authorised government bodies — on grounds provided by law.
3. 6.3. A third-party artificial intelligence service may be used to analyse a video; it receives the text of the speech in the video and the technical job settings needed to select moments. The User's account personal data is not transferred to such a service.
4. 6.4. Data is processed in the Russian Federation.

7. Retention and Deletion

1. 7.1. Account data is kept for as long as the account exists and is deleted within 30 (thirty) days of receiving a deletion request.
2. 7.2. Source videos and processing results are kept for a limited time needed to perform the job and for the User to receive the result, and are then deleted from the server. The User may delete their job together with its files at any time in the dashboard.
3. 7.3. Payment information is kept for the period required by Russian law for tax accounting documents.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

1. 8.1. The User may: obtain information about the processing of their data; demand that it be corrected, blocked or destroyed; withdraw their consent to processing.
2. 8.2. Requests are sent to support@clipmaker.org from the e-mail address linked to the account, or specifying the account ID. The response time is 30 (thirty) calendar days.
3. 8.3. Withdrawing consent results in deletion of the account and termination of access to the Service.

9. Cookies

1. 9.1. The Service uses cookies necessary for it to work: keeping the sign-in session and user interface settings (including the selected language).
2. 9.2. The User may block cookies in the browser settings; some features of the Service, including signing in, may then become unavailable.

10. Data Protection Measures

1. 10.1. The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, destruction, alteration and disclosure.
2. 10.2. Data between the User's browser and the Service is transmitted over the secure HTTPS protocol. Passwords are stored as irreversible cryptographic hashes.
3. 10.3. Only the Operator has access to the data.

11. Final Provisions

1. 11.1. The Operator may change this Policy. The new version takes effect when published on the Website.
2. 11.2. The current version of the Policy is always available at https://clipmaker.org/privacy.
